These cupcakes were made for my brother-in-law Josh for his birthday. Josh is a gamer so I thought Super Mario would be perfect. These are not an entirely original design -- they were inspired by something I stumbled upon on the web. This was my very first time working with fondant, and I must say, I'm pretty proud! :)
